Can I bring my family?

Families are encouraged to attend. This is a family friendly event designed to strengthen our interpersonal relationships with family and friends. *Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

This event is family-friendly. Is this event only for families?

No, this event is also for individuals designed to strengthen your resilience and learn strategies to build a mentally, spiritually, and emotionally healthier you so you too can create the healthy relationships you are looking for.

This event is over the dinner hour. Will there be food?

Yes! Food will be provided for you and your family. However, we need everyone to register so we will know how much food will be needed.

This is an interactive family event. What kind of activities will we be doing?

We will have a connection ice breaker, make vision boards, and practice health and wellness strategies.

Do I need to bring anything?

Bring only who you registered to bring, any pictures you may want to add to your vision board, and a positive attitude ready for some fun!
